K2-285 b is a 9.7-Earth-mass planet, with an orbital period of 3.5 days, at 0.038 AU from its star, and an equilibrium temperature near 1,089 K, discovered in 2018 via transit. K2-285 c is a 15.7-Earth-mass planet, with an orbital period of 7.1 days, at 0.082 AU from its star, and an equilibrium temperature near 741 K, discovered in 2018 via transit. With 4 confirmed worlds, K2-285 is a densely packed system whose resonances, spacing, and formation history are active research topics.
