rho CrB is a Sun-like G-type star (about 1.00 solar masses, 5,817 K), 17.5 light-years from Earth. rho CrB e is a 3.7-Earth-mass planet, with an orbital period of 12.9 days, on an eccentric orbit (e ≈ 0.08), discovered in 2023 via radial velocity. rho CrB b is a 1.09-Jupiter-mass companion, with an orbital period of 39.8 days, discovered in 1997 via radial velocity. rho CrB c is a 0.09-Jupiter-mass companion, with an orbital period of 102 days, discovered in 2016 via radial velocity. Mutual gravitational tugs between the planets can slowly reshape their orbits, preserving clues to the system's assembly.
