Kepler-47 is a Sun-like G-type star (about 0.96 solar masses, 5,636 K, 0.94 solar radii), 1,025 light-years from Earth. Kepler-47 was the first multi-planet circumbinary system, with planets orbiting both stars of a close pair. Kepler-47 b is a 2.1-Earth-mass planet, with an orbital period of 49.5 days, at 0.288 AU from its star, discovered in 2012 via transit. Kepler-47 d is a 0.06-Jupiter-mass companion, with an orbital period of 187 days, at 0.699 AU from its star, discovered in 2019 via transit. Kepler-47 c is a 3.2-Earth-mass planet, with an orbital period of 303 days, at 0.964 AU from its star, discovered in 2012 via transit.
