HD 204313 is a Sun-like G-type star (about 1.03 solar masses, 5,767 K), 47.8 light-years from Earth. HD 204313 c is a 0.05-Jupiter-mass companion, with an orbital period of 35.0 days, at 0.211 AU from its star, on an eccentric orbit (e ≈ 0.06), discovered in 2015 via radial velocity. HD 204313 b is a 4.62-Jupiter-mass companion, with an orbital period of 5.59 years, at 3.185 AU from its star, on an eccentric orbit (e ≈ 0.10), discovered in 2010 via radial velocity. Mutual gravitational tugs between the planets can slowly reshape their orbits, preserving clues to the system's assembly.
