UZ For is a Sun-like G-type star (about 0.70 solar masses, 5,287 K). UZ For c is a 7.70-Jupiter-mass companion, with an orbital period of 5.25 years, at 2.800 AU from its star, discovered in 2011 via eclipse timing variations. UZ For b is a 6.30-Jupiter-mass companion, with an orbital period of 16.0 years, at 5.900 AU from its star, discovered in 2011 via eclipse timing variations. UZ For adds another data point to the growing catalogue of planetary systems whose masses, orbits, and host-star properties constrain models of planet formation.
