TOI-969 is an orange K-type dwarf (about 0.73 solar masses, 4,435 K, 0.67 solar radii), 77.3 light-years from Earth. TOI-969 b is a 9.1-Earth-mass planet, with an orbital period of 1.8 days, at 0.026 AU from its star, and an equilibrium temperature near 941 K, discovered in 2022 via transit. TOI-969 c is a 11.3-Jupiter-mass companion, with an orbital period of 4.65 years, at 2.520 AU from its star, and an equilibrium temperature near 96.4 K, on an eccentric orbit (e ≈ 0.63), discovered in 2022 via radial velocity.
