TOI-2202 is an orange K-type dwarf (about 0.82 solar masses, 5,144 K, 0.79 solar radii), 236 light-years from Earth. TOI-2202 c is a 0.37-Jupiter-mass companion, with an orbital period of 24.7 days, at 0.155 AU from its star, on an eccentric orbit (e ≈ 0.06), discovered in 2021 via transit. TOI-2202 b is a 0.90-Jupiter-mass companion, with an orbital period of 11.9 days, discovered in 2021 via transit. The planet was found when it crossed the face of its star, producing periodic dips in brightness that reveal its size and orbital period to space-based photometry.
