TOI-1422 is a Sun-like G-type star (about 0.99 solar masses, 5,840 K), 155 light-years from Earth. TOI-1422 b is a 9.5-Earth-mass planet, with an orbital period of 13.0 days, at 0.107 AU from its star, and an equilibrium temperature near 870 K, on an eccentric orbit (e ≈ 0.20), discovered in 2022 via transit. TOI-1422 c is a 14.0-Earth-mass planet, with an orbital period of 34.6 days, at 0.205 AU from its star, and an equilibrium temperature near 628 K, on an eccentric orbit (e ≈ 0.20), discovered in 2025 via radial velocity.
