TOI-1294 is a Sun-like G-type star (about 1.16 solar masses, 5,718 K, 1.56 solar radii), 333 light-years from Earth. TOI-1294 b is a 0.20-Jupiter-mass companion, with an orbital period of 3.9 days, at 0.051 AU from its star, and an equilibrium temperature near 1,393 K, discovered in 2024 via transit. TOI-1294 c is a 0.46-Jupiter-mass companion, with an orbital period of 160 days, at 0.610 AU from its star, discovered in 2024 via radial velocity. The planet was found when it crossed the face of its star, producing periodic dips in brightness that reveal its size and orbital period to space-based photometry.
