TOI-1288 is a Sun-like G-type star (about 0.96 solar masses, 5,388 K, 0.96 solar radii), 115 light-years from Earth. TOI-1288 b is a 0.14-Jupiter-mass companion, with an orbital period of 2.7 days, at 0.037 AU from its star, and an equilibrium temperature near 1,203 K, discovered in 2022 via transit. TOI-1288 c is a 0.27-Jupiter-mass companion, with an orbital period of 1.14 years, at 1.070 AU from its star, discovered in 2022 via radial velocity. The planet was found when it crossed the face of its star, producing periodic dips in brightness that reveal its size and orbital period to space-based photometry.
