TOI-1238 is an orange K-type dwarf (about 0.59 solar masses, 4,089 K, 0.58 solar radii), 70.7 light-years from Earth. TOI-1238 b is a 3.8-Earth-mass planet, with an orbital period of 18.4 hours, at 0.014 AU from its star, and an equilibrium temperature near 1,133 K, on an eccentric orbit (e ≈ 0.25), discovered in 2022 via transit. TOI-1238 c is a 8.3-Earth-mass planet, with an orbital period of 3.3 days, at 0.037 AU from its star, and an equilibrium temperature near 695 K, on an eccentric orbit (e ≈ 0.15), discovered in 2022 via transit.
