Kepler-725 is a Sun-like G-type star (about 0.95 solar masses, 5,395 K, 0.88 solar radii), 758 light-years from Earth. Kepler-725 b is a planet with 10.8 Earth radii, with an orbital period of 39.6 days, at 0.224 AU from its star, and an equilibrium temperature near 514 K, on an eccentric orbit (e ≈ 0.23), discovered in 2016 via transit. Kepler-725 c is a 9.7-Earth-mass planet, with an orbital period of 208 days, at 0.674 AU from its star, and an equilibrium temperature near 268 K, on an eccentric orbit (e ≈ 0.44), discovered in 2025 via transit.
