HD 80653 is a Sun-like G-type star (about 1.15 solar masses, 5,959 K, 1.20 solar radii), 110 light-years from Earth. HD 80653 b is a 5.6-Earth-mass planet, with an orbital period of 17.3 hours, at 0.017 AU from its star, and an equilibrium temperature near 2,438 K, discovered in 2020 via transit. K2-312 c is a 5.29-Jupiter-mass companion, with an orbital period of 2.39 years, at 1.882 AU from its star, and an equilibrium temperature near 229 K, on an eccentric orbit (e ≈ 0.84), discovered in 2023 via radial velocity.
