HD 21693 is a Sun-like G-type star (about 0.80 solar masses, 5,430 K), 33.3 light-years from Earth. HD 21693 b is a 8.2-Earth-mass planet, with an orbital period of 22.7 days, at 0.145 AU from its star, on an eccentric orbit (e ≈ 0.12), discovered in 2019 via radial velocity. HD 21693 c is a 0.05-Jupiter-mass companion, with an orbital period of 53.7 days, at 0.259 AU from its star, on an eccentric orbit (e ≈ 0.07), discovered in 2019 via radial velocity. Mutual gravitational tugs between the planets can slowly reshape their orbits, preserving clues to the system's assembly.
