HD 206893 is a Sun-like F-type star (about 1.31 solar masses, 6,500 K), 40.8 light-years from Earth. HD 206893 c is a 11.1-Jupiter-mass companion, with an orbital period of 6.27 years, at 3.740 AU from its star, on an eccentric orbit (e ≈ 0.28), discovered in 2022 via direct imaging. HD 206893 b is a 19.5-Jupiter-mass companion, with an orbital period of 30.4 years, at 10.8 AU from its star, on an eccentric orbit (e ≈ 0.07), discovered in 2021 via direct imaging. Mutual gravitational tugs between the planets can slowly reshape their orbits, preserving clues to the system's assembly.
