TOI-813 is a Sun-like G-type star (about 1.32 solar masses, 5,907 K, 1.94 solar radii), 263 light-years from Earth. TOI-813 b is a planet with 6.7 Earth radii, with an orbital period of 83.9 days, at 0.423 AU from its star, and an equilibrium temperature near 610 K, discovered in 2020 via transit. The planet was found when it crossed the face of its star, producing periodic dips in brightness that reveal its size and orbital period to space-based photometry. TOI-813 b circles its star within the inner habitable zone.
