TOI-4641 is a Sun-like F-type star (about 1.41 solar masses, 6,560 K, 1.72 solar radii), 86.4 light-years from Earth. TOI-4641 b is a 3.87-Jupiter-mass companion, with an orbital period of 22.1 days, at 0.173 AU from its star, on an eccentric orbit (e ≈ 0.07), discovered in 2023 via transit. The planet was found when it crossed the face of its star, producing periodic dips in brightness that reveal its size and orbital period to space-based photometry. TOI-4641 b orbits well inside Earth's distance from the Sun.
