TOI-2088 is an orange K-type dwarf (about 0.90 solar masses, 5,081 K, 0.85 solar radii), 126 light-years from Earth. TOI-2088 b is a 0.12-Jupiter-mass companion, with an orbital period of 125 days, at 0.472 AU from its star, and an equilibrium temperature near 300 K, discovered in 2024 via transit. The planet was found when it crossed the face of its star, producing periodic dips in brightness that reveal its size and orbital period to space-based photometry. TOI-2088 b circles its star within the inner habitable zone.
