TOI-1634 is a cool M-dwarf (about 0.50 solar masses, 3,550 K, 0.45 solar radii), 35.3 light-years from Earth. TOI-1634 b is a 4.9-Earth-mass planet, with an orbital period of 23.7 hours, at 0.015 AU from its star, and an equilibrium temperature near 900 K, discovered in 2021 via transit. TOI-1634 c is a confirmed exoplanet, with an orbital period of 103 days, discovered in 2022 via radial velocity. The planet was found when it crossed the face of its star, producing periodic dips in brightness that reveal its size and orbital period to space-based photometry.
