TIC 393818343 is a Sun-like G-type star (about 1.08 solar masses, 5,756 K, 1.09 solar radii), 93.7 light-years from Earth. TIC 393818343 b is a 4.34-Jupiter-mass companion, with an orbital period of 16.2 days, at 0.129 AU from its star, and an equilibrium temperature near 806 K, on an eccentric orbit (e ≈ 0.61), discovered in 2024 via transit. The planet was found when it crossed the face of its star, producing periodic dips in brightness that reveal its size and orbital period to space-based photometry.
